Experimental Stage Project
Experimental Stage Project e. V. is a hands-on think-tank dedicated to experiential science communication. We are a creative community that fosters a playful, interactive environment where anyone can engage with science in fresh and exciting ways. Since the project’s launch in 2017, I’ve had the privilege of growing alongside it, witnessing its evolution firsthand.
What does a mobile outdoor science exhibit look like? How can we inspire young adults to get excited about science? These are the kinds of questions that drive us. Our interactive—and sometimes magical—science installations appear in diverse settings: from private parties in Berlin and intimate, underground festivals organized by friends, to international venues across Europe, including Norway, Poland, and even the “mother of all festivals”—Fusion Festival.
Our goal is to break down the barriers that often surround science by presenting it in an artistic, approachable way. Through direct engagement and collaboration with artists, we aim to reshape public perceptions of science and scientists, to show that science is deeply relevant to society and, most importantly, that it’s fun!
